ON THE NOSE
The firsts aromas that appears are balsamic and menthol. After oxygenate it the notes which appears are ripe red fruits like cherries and raspberries, spicy, cocoa and tobacco leaf.
ON THE MOUTH
Powerful and silky, with round tannins well integrated. Well integrated acidity, long and fresh.
Red meat and hunting, cured cheese. Beef fillet with mushroom sauce, wild boar marinated with red wine and balsamic herbs, cooked with chocolate.
GUIDELINES FOR DRINKING
Decant and serve at 16-18ºC.
