Diversos cellers han comen\u00e7at a apostar per aquesta varietat quasi b\u00e9 oblidada i perduda, convertint-la en un s\u00edmbol d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 i qualitat. Els cellers&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BErHrJ07RN9gFYpJU%3D&amp;b=5\">Pi\u00f1ol<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BErHrJ07RN5AlEqZgKtMkod%2F4K9w%3D%3D&amp;b=5\">B\u00e0rbara For\u00e9s<\/a>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BRoHjWm6IF6kVCuZYL&amp;b=5\">Vins del Tros<\/a>,&nbsp;han estat els pioners en la recuperaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta varietat; l\u2019han seguit d\u2019altres com&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BFrGTL17AJqQ%3D%3D&amp;b=5\">Bernav\u00ed<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BLqHDKw%2BsD4wRarotX&amp;b=5\">LaFou<\/a>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOAa0PYr4u9aMN9Imw2c2wpuqU%2F1T1wml56sngU9BErHrJ07RN5QdZu5wKtJAnbaEI5W%2FwEuL5&amp;b=5\">Celler Cooperatiu Gandesa<\/a>.&nbsp;La majoria d\u2019aquests cellers coincideixen en explicar que els pagesos van anar arrencant les vinyes de Morenillo perqu\u00e8&nbsp;tenien una producci\u00f3 irregular i poca coloraci\u00f3.&nbsp;\u00c9s una varietat tardana que la majoria de productors collien &nbsp;barrejada amb altres varietats, no se li donava molta import\u00e0ncia i no consta que s\u2019hagu\u00e9s vinificat per separat.<\/p><p>L\u2019aposta d\u2019aquests cellers oferint productes interessants i d\u2019alta qualitat apostant per aquesta varietat pot servir per augmentar-ne l\u2019inter\u00e8s i la producci\u00f3. Amb els anys sabrem si el Morenillo ser\u00e0 la varietat negra genu\u00efna que posicionar\u00e0 la Terra Alta als mercats, com en el cas de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.hideproxy.me\/go.php?u=Kx2EbYjcmi0BUSFBLViNNDFbLG7mSXCOArYBKKlq7LgK4MGqkdyj6PXEoQ34iHkx8MT3SJpTqGLWm6IFqwRX5o0dp5YvNe0D8GC5Hrz0eueLd8GWUW2bmzqIqIyhyWE%3D&amp;b=5\">Garnatxa Blanca<\/a>&nbsp;en vins blancs.<\/p><p>El Morenillo al camp:<\/p><p>Entre 10 i 20ha de vinyes plantades (principalment vinyes velles) entre els termes municipals de Gandesa, Batea i Vilalba dels Arcs. Actualment han aparegut noves plantacions.<\/p><p>Baix rendiment, i producci\u00f3 irregular.<\/p><p>Grans de color blau plom.<\/p><p>El Morenillo al celler:<\/p><p>Baix rendiment en most.<\/p><p>Excel\u00b7lent equilibri alcohol-acidesa.<\/p><p>Bona intensitat fruital (fruita vermella madura), matisos bals\u00e0mics i especiats.<\/p><p>En boca \u00e9s sed\u00f3s amb tanins suaus.<\/p><p>En definitiva, podem observar que el seu baix i irregular rendiment va provocar&nbsp;que aquesta varietat hagu\u00e9s estat apunt de desapar\u00e8ixer, tot i que gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de diversos en\u00f2legs i viticultors s\u2019han descobert elements m\u00e9s que interessants per a la seva vinificaci\u00f3; aix\u00ed com el seu bon equilibri entre alcohol-acidesa, una bona intensitat olfactiva afruitada amb matisos bals\u00e0mics i especiats i el seu pas per boca sed\u00f3s i de tanins suaus.<\/p><p>Fins fa poc pod\u00edem trobar en diverses ampolles que no tenien la identificaci\u00f3 de la DO Terra Alta, ja que es tractava d\u2019una varietat no regulada, i alguns cellers enlloc de posar el nom ho embotellaven com a \u201celaborat a partir d\u2019una varietat recuperada\u201d o com a &#8220;vi d\u2019autor\u201d.
