La primera edici\u00f3 fa parada a l&#8217;hivern, \u00e8poca en la qual es produeix la <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/T%C3%B2fona_negra\">t\u00f2fona negra<\/a> o tuber melanosporum, un producte molt valoritzat a l&#8217;alta gastronomia i que gr\u00e0cies a la passi\u00f3 de diversos tofonaires o apassionats d&#8217;aquest producte, des de fa uns anys tamb\u00e9 podem trobar aquest excels producte amb origen terraalt\u00ed, tal i com ja us vam explicar quan us vam presentar l&#8217;activitat &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.viorigen.com\/ca\/2019\/12\/10\/tofones-i-vi-lexperiencia-mes-sensorial-a-la-terra-alta\/\">T\u00f2fona Experience<\/a>&#8220;. En aquest sentit, hem trobat juntament amb el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viorigen.com\/ca\/restaurants\/\">Restaurant Sibarites<\/a> de Gandesa una data molt especial com \u00e9s un 29 de febrer per oferir-vos, ja a les acaballes de la temporada tofonaire, aquest excel\u00b7lent men\u00fa per potenciar i reivindicar la t\u00f2fona i els vins de la Terra Alta.<\/p><div
