Altavins Viticultors is a small winery located within the D.O. Terra Alta, a wine-region, with thousands of years of tradition, in the southwest of Catalonia.

This region has a history of producing fine wines that are distinguished by their ‘body and soul’ and also by its use of some different varietals, in particular those that are autochthonous to the area. Altavins Viticultors was founded in 2001 and since then they have been growing their presence and success in the wine market. Their philosophy is simple; Identity, Honesty, Mediterranean Spirit. They take the utmost care when working with the grapes so that they may capture all of their virtues and, with minimum intervention, they harness their potential. What they seek to obtain is excellence in their wines and to extract the essence of this area with them.
