The ancient Iberians lived in Terra Alta where we can find the Iberian reservoir ruins in Coll del Moro close to Gandesa city and it consists of an Iberian settlement and a necropolis.
Recently, some excavations have dig up what until now is the oldest wine "tank" in Catalonia dating back to the third century BC, which highlights the long tradition of wine making in Terra Alta.
The local guide show us the most important secrets of the settlement. Then we enjoy a wine tasting from ViOrigen who focus on local varieties such as White Grenache, Red Grenache, Carignan and Morenillo.
