Elaboration

Fermented in French oak barrels during fifteen days at controlled-temperature. After aginf of six months with lees.

On the nose

Ripe white fruits, peach, soft toasted, dried fruits, citrus and aniseed touch.

On the palate

Sweet and really fresh entrance. Wine with great complexity. Long, velvet, unctuous and persistant.

Pairing

Rice, fish, seafood, white meats, etc.

Recommendations

To serve between 12-14ºC.
