A fermented wine with the skins of the grapes for a few days in stainless steel tank. This wine remains with its lees without stirring for about a year, a wine that is not filtered, which is filtered by the cold of the winter and with no added sulphites.
On the nose
Smells like green almonds, rosemary, honey, a field of freshly harvested grain, sunflowers, dried chamomile, moss, pear and lemon-mint.
On the palate
The feeling is one of fullness, roundness and energy.
