Production follows the process of the traditional “mistela”, in which the grape is destemmed and then the wine alcohol is immediately added so that fermentation does not take place. In order to achieve more concentration of colours and aromas, it is left to soak for 15 days.
On the nose
A very mature fruity aroma with pacifying notes, touches of redcurrent jam and spices.
On the palate
Powerful, fleshy and inviting flavour on the palate with smooth tannin and good structure. It has a very long eding.
