Selection of organic vineyards. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in cement tanks.
On the nose
Intense, ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), black licorice and a well-integrated touch of spices.
On the palate
Tasty, meaty, balanced, unctuous and with a good structure. Red and black fruits, mineral and spicy touch. Persistent and pleasant finish.
Pairing
White meats with strong sauces, grilled or baked lamb, stews and grilled red meats. Cheeses and salads with nuts.
