Maceration at low temperatures. Partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks and french oak barrels during 4 months. Then aged 7 months with lees and periodic batonagges.
"Celler la Botera" winery, is located in Batea, a town in the region of Terra Alta with a deeply rooted winegrowing tradition which has not only managed to maintain itself but has flourished considerably in recent years. Incorporated in 1986, and created with the purpose of transforming and comercialising the fruit produced by its partners, all first-hand experienced farmers int he world of vineyards and wine.
