Elaboration

Cold maceration during 6 hours. Controlled-temperature fermentation between 16-18ºC. Resting with their own lees during two months.

On the nose
Red fruits and floral notes.
On the palate
Smooth and balanced, with notes of pomegranate and citrus touches.
Pairing
Salads, fish and seafood, cheeses, soft meats.

Celler Arrufí Batea, Terra Alta

Celler Arrufí born thanks to two farmer brothers who comes from a family dedicated to growing vineyards for many generations. Working organic farming with respect for nature and landscape without sacrificing the authenticity of the terroir of Terra Alta. In addition, not only produce organic wines, but also wines are optimal for the consumption of vegan people.
