Elaboration
Prepared following the lunar calendar. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and four months resting with fine lees.
On the nose
Elegant, intense aromas of white fruits such as peahc and pear. Hints of ripe apple.
On the palate
Fresh and bulky entrance. Soft on the palate with a well integrated acidity. Long and sweet ending.
Recommendations
To serve between 6-8ºC.
