Grape maceration between 4-6 hours. Fermentation at 14-16ºC. 4 months of battonage with his own lees in stainless steel tanks.
Celler Xavier Clua is located in the village of Vilalba dels Arcs in DO Terra Alta. It is a family-based winery, run by fourth generation grape growers. In the last few decades have worked hard towards achieving quality wines by implementing modern winemaking techniques.
The winery is located in two buildings. The first one, in the village itself is where the ageing and tasting rooms are to be found. The second building on the outskirts of the village on the road between Vilalba and Gandesa is spacious and new, allowing the winery to optimise and separate the different production processes.
