Elaboration
Selection of the best cherries from La Devea farm (Cirera de Vilalba), late harvest of cherries ripened naturally on the tree. Pitting, crushing and fermentation of cherries. Addition of brandy and sweetening with sugar syrup. Rest in tank and bottling.
On the nose
Fruity with notes of ripe cherry and balsamic aromas.
On the palate
Unctuous, with hints of ripe red fruits, very pleasant, fresh and fruity. Its acidity gives it liveliness. Elegant ending.
Pairing
All types of pastries, chocolates and nuts.
