On the nose
Aromas from the wood such as toasted almond, nutmeg and vanilla and also fruity aromas ripe strawberry and raspberry.
On the palate
Fresh entrance with really good acidity, silky and long aftertaste. Round and elegant tannins.
Pairing
Grilled meats and cured cheeses.
Recommendations
To serve at 16ºC.
