Fermentation an aged in French Oak barrels during 9 months.

On the nose
Ripe red fruits aromas and notes from the wood such as toasted notes, smoked notes, black pepper and licorice.
On the palate
Well-integrated wood with soft and sweet tannins. Notes of red fruits jam, toasted notes, licorice, spicy and balsamic notes.

Serra de Cavalls is a winery located in Pinell de Brai since 2001 in Terra Alta wine region. They are three partners who recovered the old cellar of a farmhouse and equipped it with the best possible technology to improve their wines.
