Selection of old vineyards. Separate vinification of each variety. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the final coupage is made and the wine rests for 14 months in 300L French oak barrels.
Celler Batea was founded in 1961. However, wine growings belongs to our history and culture from several centuries. Batea´s cellar collects 8.000.000 Kg of grapes per year, about the following varieties: White Grenache, Macabeo,Parellada, Moscatel, Dark Grenache, Merlot,Syrah, Cabernet Souvignon and Ull de Llebre.
