Elaboration
Strong grape ripening on the vine. Stop fermentation when adding alcohol in a proportion of 5-10% by the volume of grape juice, leaving a certain amount of residual sugar. Aging between 18-20 months, and half period battonage applied.

Appetizers (foie, cheese), meat for accompaniments and desserts (especially chocolate).
