Elaboration
Fermentation in barrels. Aged during 8 months with French oak barrels, applying battonage’s technique.
On the nose
Very aromatic, ripe white fruit, peach, apricot. Spice notes well balanced with smoky wood.
On the palate
Powerful, tasty, greasy, unctuous and velvety. Long and large aftertaste.
Recommendations
To serve between 10-12ºC.
