Temperature-controlled fermentation and resting in stainless steel tanks during two weeks.
On the nose
Fruity aroma like peach, pear, apple, highlight the aromas of white flowers and nutmeg.
On the palate
Citric wine, with great volume, long and nice. Toasted notes in the end, that gives complexity.
Recommendations
To serve at 6ºC.
