Grapes from two unique plots of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from calcareous and “panal” soils. Manual harvest, small maceration with the skins. After fermentation, aging for 6 months in cement tanks.

Passion fruit, evolution towards citrus and dried herbs, floral notes
On the palate
Good fruit-acid balance. Unctuous, citrus and saline notes
