Elaboration
A part of grenache fermented an aged in French oak barrel for 8 months, and the other part is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 15 days.
On the nose
Fruity aromas, with a clear perception of apple, pear and white flowers. Hints of fennel with a toasted and vanilla aromas background, cedar and candied nuts.
On the palate
Wide entrance, glyceric, smooth with fresh fruit mixed with balsamic, with light sweet notes provided by the barrel.
Pairing
Fatty and creamy cheeses, cured and salted. Stewed white meats and fish with sauce.
Recommendations
To serve between 8-10ºC.

Vine Estones de Mishima is an oaked white wine made with White Grenache and Macabeo from Terra Alta. It is a project related to Mishima that is a Catalan famous band.
