Elaboration
Controlled-temperature fermentation during 7 days at 24-26ºC and maceration of 21 days. A portion of the wine rests 3 months in French oak barrels.
On the nose
Red ripe fruit, tomato jam, underbrush, balsamic and spicy.
On the palate
Full-bodied and complex. Licorice notes, red and black fruits.
Pairing
White and red meat, grilled meat, cheeses, etc.
Recommendations
To serve between 16-18ºC.
