Disco Elastica and ViOrigen organize for Saturday 7th of March a wine’s day that will mean the opening of the new season of 2015. Since 2013 Disco Elastica opted to offer local wine to open the season. In 2013 the main cellar was Celler Cooperatiu de Gandesa and in 2014 Celler Josep Vicens and Pagos de Híbera were the cellars who presented the wines.
This commitment is consistent with Elastica’s wine and gastronomic offer can be found every Friday evening and Saturday in Oasis Pub in Gandesa. It is a personal commitment of the owner of the pub and disco, Joaquin Vicente, who every week presents a wide variety of small food dishes to eat with a wide range of local wines.
The event to the Saturday 7th of March in Disco Elastica will start at 17h with the ability to access both wineries of this year: Edetària and winery Celler d’en Coma Bonet. Both wineries will be open to 17pm to 19pm. From the Gandesa Hall Square there will be a transport service to wineries, or it will be possible to come by private vehicles.
Then at 21pm in the Disco Elastica will be the main event with guided tasting of two wines of each winery (2 from Edetària and 2 from Celler d’en Coma Bonet). Each wine will pair with specially designed food for every wine. When finished, we enjoy a small repertoire of Enma Lewis & the “BCN” Fireballs a band from Barcelona. Finally, DJ’s Ferran Montaña and G-Monty will offer a session to end the party.
