Three vinification: Tempranillo and Merlot, vinified together at 16ºC. Soft pressing and end of alcoholic fermentation without skins. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Dark Grenache, harvested about 80% of phenolic maturation. Carbonic maceration, fermentation at low temperature, destemmed and end of fermentation without skins. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested with as much phenolic maturation as possible, full fermentation with skins, at 22ºC. Malolactic fermentation in tank.
