Elaboration
Selection of old vineyards. Separate vinification of each variety. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the final coupage is made and the wine rests for 14 months in 300L French oak barrels.
On the nose
Intense and complex. Ripe fruit with a spicy background.
On the palate
Powerful, fresh, good acidity, sweet and light tannins, well balanced.
Pairing
Red and hunting meats, cheese.
Recommendations
To serve between 16-18ºC.
